Why does Pilot exist?

We spent years working with mid-size companies in Costa Rica, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, and other countries in the region. We saw the same pattern over and over: each company ends up with a CRM over here, accounting over there, several email inboxes, parallel spreadsheets, internal chats by channel, and a WhatsApp no one wants to talk about. The tools exist, they're good individually, but they don't talk to each other.

The problem was never about software. It was about coordination. No single person can read every channel at the same time and decide what gets done first. As the team grows, that cost multiplies: opportunities fall through, agreements are forgotten, reports arrive late, and collections slip.

Pilot was born to solve that. How do we work?

We're a distributed team across LATAM. Product, design, engineering, and support live in different time zones, which gives us broad coverage and speed to respond. We ship continuous releases, we listen to clients every day, and we adjust course when the data calls for it. Our culture is one of transparency: the roadmap is open to clients, changes are announced in advance, and product decisions are documented.

What we value

Operational transparency is in the system's DNA: every AI action stays in an audit log, everything is reversible, and permissions are fine-grained. Commercial honesty is another: we don't inflate capabilities or hide limitations. Cultural closeness with LATAM is what sets us apart from products designed in Anglo markets: we understand how people work over WhatsApp, how electronic billing works in each country, and what it means to close the month at an SMB without an in-house accountant.

Commitment to your data

Your company's data is yours. Pilot processes it to do its job and doesn't use it to train public models. The processes are aligned with GDPR and Costa Rica's Law 8968. Any subprocessor that touches your data signs compatible agreements. If you ask to export everything, you export it. If you ask to delete everything, it's deleted. The security sheet and the AI use policy are published and updated in advance of any relevant change.

Where are we headed?

Pilot grows in two complementary directions. Inward, deepening each area and its modules: better AI in the CRM, better accounting reconciliation, better field coordination. Outward, adding integrations with the tools your team already uses, adding agents for more channels, and opening industry verticals with specific configurations (veterinary, healthcare, architecture, education, among others).
