The Pilot demo isn't a slideshow. It's a hands-on session where we look together at how the platform would connect with the tools your team uses today. Thirty minutes is enough to show you the real product, answer technical questions, and figure out whether Pilot is the answer for your company or whether you're better off waiting.

What happens in the demo

• First 5 minutes: you tell us what tools you use, how big your team is, and where the biggest friction is today.
• Minutes 5 to 20: we connect your CRM or your accounting live (or the module you're most interested in) and show you how the AI operates with real data.
• Minutes 20 to 30: we answer questions, talk about implementation and specific integrations, and, if it makes sense, send you a customized proposal.

What you take away from the session

You take away a concrete idea of what Pilot would look like operating in your company: which modules you'd turn on first, with which integrations, which processes change from day one. If you decide to move forward, we can start a trial in under a week. If now isn't the time, we leave you a written summary of the conversation and stay available for when it is.

Who should be on the call

Ideally, someone with a business view (owner, general manager, head of operations) and someone who knows the current stack (IT, operations, administration). It's not mandatory: if it's just you, that works too. We give you materials to share internally afterward.
