How to connect it
- In Pipedrive, go to your Avatar > Personal Preferences > API. Generate a Personal API Token (or use OAuth if you prefer the corporate flow).
- Copy the token.
- In Pilot, go to Settings > Integrations > Pipedrive and paste the token plus your account subdomain (e.g. mycompany.pipedrive.com).
- Pilot detects the available pipelines and stages. Choose which ones to sync.
- Map the Custom Fields you want Pilot to respect (source, segment, budget, etc.).
- Choose the sync direction (two-way is recommended) and save.
- Pilot starts syncing. For an account with 3,000 deals and 5,000 people it takes 10-20 minutes.
