AI training: onboarding, tutorials, and internal certification that adapts to each role

Your company's internal LMS with AI. You build courses with videos, PDFs, links, and quizzes; assign them to people or departments with a deadline; and certificates are issued automatically on completion. The AI generates quizzes from the content, adjusts the learning path to performance, and shows you where the team gets stuck.

In 30 seconds
  • You load courses: videos, PDFs, links, presentations.
  • You assign them to employees or groups.
  • You assess with quizzes at the end of each module.
  • You issue certificates on completion.

What is Training?

It is your company's internal LMS (Learning Management System). Where you build the courses your people must take: onboarding, new products, processes, regulations.

Create a course

  • Title and description.
  • Modules: each one with its content (video, PDF, text, link).
  • Quizzes at the end of each module.
  • Total estimated time.
  • A certificate issued automatically upon passing.

Assign to employees

You assign the course to people or departments with a deadline. The assignee receives a notification and it appears as pending training on their HR profile.

Example: mandatory onboarding

Example

You want every new person to go through a 4-hour onboarding within their first 30 days.

  1. You create the course 'Pilot Onboarding' with 5 modules:
  2. 1) Welcome (15 min video).
  3. 2) Company history (PDF + quiz).
  4. 3) Our products (1h video + quiz).
  5. 4) Key processes (1h video + quiz).
  6. 5) Culture and values (PDF + quiz).
  7. You set it as mandatory for every new hire, 30-day deadline.
  8. Each time someone joins, they see it assigned and receive a certificate on completion.

Consistent onboarding for everyone, without depending on a mentor's availability.

Frequently asked questions

Is it good for onboarding new employees?
Yes, it's one of the main uses. You build a 'Pilot Onboarding' course with 5-8 modules (welcome, company history, products, key processes, culture and values) and set it as mandatory for every new hire with a 30-day deadline. When someone joins, they receive it assigned automatically, complete it at their own pace, and get a certificate at the end. The direct manager and HR see progress in real time. Onboarding consistency stops depending on who's available to run the in-person induction.
Can I use it to train customers or partners, not just employees?
Yes. Training supports external audiences (customers, partners, distributors) with their own access plan. Useful for product academies, partner certifications, or commercial courses the company wants to offer. Each audience can have its own catalog and certificate rules. If you need the issued certificate to be publicly verifiable by link, that's available — ask during onboarding.
Does the AI build entire courses or just the quizzes?
It generates the quizzes automatically from the content you upload. For the content itself, the AI can help you with drafts (from a brief or internal documents) but the main material comes from you. Your company knowledge, your processes, your tone — that isn't invented. What the AI does do well is turn recordings of your own meetings into structured modules (you upload the transcript, it proposes sections and quizzes).
How does it connect with HR and each person's tasks?
Each assigned training appears in the employee's HR record (with status: pending, in progress, completed, certificate date) and also in their task list with the deadline. If someone accumulates overdue trainings, HR and their direct manager get an alert. Completion rates by department feed the reports you use for performance reviews.
How much does it cost?
Training usually comes included in enterprise plans that have HR active. For companies that want just the LMS without the rest of HR, there's a specific plan. Pricing depends on the number of users with access (employees plus external audiences if any) and the volume of stored content. Contact us for a tailored proposal.
