What is Training?
It is your company's internal LMS (Learning Management System). Where you build the courses your people must take: onboarding, new products, processes, regulations.
Create a course
- Title and description.
- Modules: each one with its content (video, PDF, text, link).
- Quizzes at the end of each module.
- Total estimated time.
- A certificate issued automatically upon passing.
Assign to employees
You assign the course to people or departments with a deadline. The assignee receives a notification and it appears as pending training on their HR profile.
Example: mandatory onboarding
You want every new person to go through a 4-hour onboarding within their first 30 days.
- You create the course 'Pilot Onboarding' with 5 modules:
- 1) Welcome (15 min video).
- 2) Company history (PDF + quiz).
- 3) Our products (1h video + quiz).
- 4) Key processes (1h video + quiz).
- 5) Culture and values (PDF + quiz).
- You set it as mandatory for every new hire, 30-day deadline.
- Each time someone joins, they see it assigned and receive a certificate on completion.
