  • Prebuilt reports that aggregate data from your work.
  • Tasks completed vs created, average time to close, workload per person.
  • Periods: week, month, quarter.
  • Exportable to Excel or PDF.

What are Reports?

They're prebuilt dashboards that answer the questions leaders ask most: how much work is closed per month, which kind of task takes the longest, who's overloaded, which project is moving slower than planned.

Available reports

  • Productivity per person — tasks completed in the period.
  • Tasks per project — how many there are and how many are closed.
  • Average time to close — which task types take the longest.
  • Team workload — who has how many open tasks.
  • Module-specific reports (CRM, Email, Meetings).

Example: quarterly analysis

Example

End of quarter. You have a team meeting on Monday and you want to show up with data.

  1. You open Reports, period: last quarter.
  2. Productivity per person: you see who closed the most tasks — you celebrate that work.
  3. Time to close: you spot that large proposals take 18 days, small ones 4 days.
  4. Team workload: you see Karina has been overloaded for 3 weeks.
  5. You export the charts to PDF to present.

A meeting backed by data. Fairer decisions. Karina gets help; the people who delivered get recognized.

Export reports

Export button at the top right of each report. You choose PDF (keeps the visual format) or Excel (raw data to keep working with).

Frequently asked questions

Which reports come prebuilt?
The most-used ones: productivity per person (tasks completed in the period), CRM pipeline (opportunities by stage, average close time, conversions), email and chat response time, team workload (who's saturated vs. who has capacity), progress by project and module-specific reports. You don't have to build them: they're ready, you just pick the period and filters. If you need a very specific report, you ask the assistant in plain language and the AI builds a custom view.
How is it different from Pulse?
Pulse is the daily radar in near real time: what needs your attention today. Reports is the historical analysis: how we did this week, month or quarter. Pulse helps you act; Reports helps you decide. Pulse lives on an active screen; Reports is exported to PDF to send to the board or scheduled to land in your inbox every Monday at 8 am.
Does the AI write an executive summary, or is it just charts?
Both. Each report has the traditional charts and tables, and above them a plain-language executive summary: 'This month the team closed 28% more tasks than last. Large proposals still take 18 days on average. Karina has been saturated for three weeks; some of her workload should be reassigned.' Useful for presentations where the reader wants to understand the story, not interpret bars.
Can I schedule automatic delivery to a group?
Yes. You define a report, a generation schedule (every Monday, the first day of each month, every quarter-end) and the recipients. Pilot builds it and emails it with the PDF attached and the summary in the body. Useful for keeping the board informed without you remembering to generate the report each time.
How much does it cost?
Reports is included in Productivity plans. There's no charge per additional report or recipient. Pricing is built around number of users, the complexity of custom reports and modules contracted — contact us for a tailored proposal with terms for teams in the region.
