What are Reports?
They're prebuilt dashboards that answer the questions leaders ask most: how much work is closed per month, which kind of task takes the longest, who's overloaded, which project is moving slower than planned.
Available reports
- Productivity per person — tasks completed in the period.
- Tasks per project — how many there are and how many are closed.
- Average time to close — which task types take the longest.
- Team workload — who has how many open tasks.
- Module-specific reports (CRM, Email, Meetings).
Example: quarterly analysis
End of quarter. You have a team meeting on Monday and you want to show up with data.
- You open Reports, period: last quarter.
- Productivity per person: you see who closed the most tasks — you celebrate that work.
- Time to close: you spot that large proposals take 18 days, small ones 4 days.
- Team workload: you see Karina has been overloaded for 3 weeks.
- You export the charts to PDF to present.
A meeting backed by data. Fairer decisions. Karina gets help; the people who delivered get recognized.
Export reports
Export button at the top right of each report. You choose PDF (keeps the visual format) or Excel (raw data to keep working with).
