What is the Blog module?

If your company has a website with a blog, this module is where you write and publish the articles. A visual editor, post scheduling, author management, basic SEO.

Visual editor

  • H2 and H3 headings.
  • Images with a caption.
  • Lists, quotes, dividers.
  • Code blocks with syntax highlighting.
  • Embeds: YouTube, Twitter, other links.
  • Shortcuts: / to insert blocks.

Metadata and SEO

  • SEO title (can differ from the visible title).
  • Meta description (what shows up in Google).
  • Slug (the article's URL).
  • Featured image (the one shared on social media).
  • Tags and category.
  • Author.

Schedule publication

After writing, you choose: Publish now, Schedule (date and time) or Draft. Scheduled posts publish on their own.

Example: a trends post

Example

You wrote an article about veterinary industry trends for 2026.

  1. You write in the editor with 4 sections, 3 images and an embedded video.
  2. You set the SEO metadata with the keyword 'veterinary trends 2026'.
  3. You schedule it for Tuesday at 7:00 am (the best time according to your metrics).
  4. When it publishes, you share it on LinkedIn and Facebook from Social Posts with one click.

An article on the blog plus social distribution in a chain. Without jumping between 4 apps.

Frequently asked questions

Does the AI write whole articles or just drafts?
Drafts. The AI builds a first draft from the brief you give (topic, target keyword, angle, length) or from material you pass it (transcripts of your own meetings, old posts, internal briefs). You read it, edit what's needed, and publish. The AI learns your voice with each edit so the next drafts need less touch-up. We never publish content without your approval.
How does the editorial calendar pick topics?
It cross-references three sources: real searches in your industry (monthly volume, difficulty, intent), content gaps in what you've already published (topics your competitors cover and you don't), and relevant calendar events (seasonal dates, launches, new regulations). It shows you a prioritized list with a suggested title, target keyword, and estimated difficulty. You decide what goes in and when.
Does it support serious SEO or just the basics?
It covers the essentials: SEO title (which can differ from the visible title), meta description, optimized slug, featured image with alt text, tags and category, and article schema.org. The AI warns you if the title is too long, if the keyword doesn't appear in the first 100 characters of the body, if there are images without alt text, or if the slug is too generic. For advanced technical SEO (complex canonicals, multi-country hreflang) we recommend the dedicated SEO module or a specialist.
How does it distribute to social after publishing?
When you schedule the article, you choose which networks should publish automatically (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X). Pilot adapts the format for each: LinkedIn cards, image posts for Facebook and Instagram, threads for X. The optimal time is chosen from your historical metrics. If you want to review before publishing, you set 'pre-approval' mode and nothing goes out without your OK.
