  • A calendar that shows all your scheduled posts in one view.
  • You compose posts with text, image, video, on a single screen.
  • You schedule for the future or publish instantly.
  • It supports Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X.

What is Social Posts?

It is your publishing hub: instead of opening Instagram, then Facebook, then LinkedIn, you do it all from Pilot. You schedule for the future and it publishes on its own.

Connect your networks

Before publishing you have to connect each network. Settings → Integrations: you choose the network and authorize with your account. You need administrator permissions on each network.

Compose a post

  • The 'New post' button.
  • You write the post text.
  • You upload an image or video.
  • You check the networks where you want to publish it.
  • You schedule the date and time.
  • Per-network preview (each one has its own format).

Example: scheduling the week

Example

Friday at 16:00. You want to have next week's content ready.

  1. You open Social Posts.
  2. You compose 5 posts: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
  3. For each one: text, image, networks (IG, FB, LinkedIn), optimal time.
  4. You save everything.

At 5 pm you leave with peace of mind: next week's content goes out on its own, without you being online.

Integrations that power this feature

Connect Pilot with the tools your team already uses. The AI orchestrates between them without you switching screens.

Frequently asked questions

Which networks does it support?
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and TikTok native publishing. WhatsApp Status and YouTube Shorts are on the roadmap. The connection is direct with each platform (official OAuth), not through bridges that break.
Can the AI invent content that doesn't represent me?
The AI learns from your previous posts before drafting — you upload 10-20 existing posts and it extracts your tone, vocabulary, and typical phrasing. Each proposed post goes through human review before publishing (you can enable auto-approval once it's been consistent for a while).
Does it reply to DMs and comments on its own?
Only if you turn it on and within the range of frequently asked questions you define (prices, hours, location, 'do you have X in stock?'). Any message the AI isn't sure how to answer is escalated to a person on the team. You can review the history of automatic replies and disable them with one click.
Does it integrate with my product catalog?
Yes. If you have Shopify, WooCommerce, VTEX, Magento, or Pilot's E-commerce module, the AI can suggest posts for specific products based on stock, season, and active campaigns. When someone comments 'do you have stock?', it replies with the real figure.
Does it replace Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later?
Yes. Pilot includes what those tools do (scheduling, calendar, replies) plus the AI layer and the connection with CRM/ecommerce. If you're already paying $50-150/month for one of them, you can migrate to Pilot without losing features.
