Pilot's IT area: security, AI agents, access and administration
AI agents, IT Control, a secrets vault, encryption, cybersecurity, a web design agent and an admin panel, all turnkey. The technical, secure layer that keeps your company configured, protected and under control. And if you already use Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, Pilot orchestrates them.
- AI agents and a web design agent that execute technical tasks inside your company.
- A secrets vault with encryption: passwords and critical access encrypted and organized by team.
- Cybersecurity and IT Control to monitor and protect your operation.
- An admin panel: users, roles, permissions, plans and a white-label theme editor from a single place.
- Multi-company, notifications, shortcuts and profile: the configuration layer that runs across all of Pilot.
The system's IT features
Each one comes included and runs on its own; together, they're the technical and security layer your company runs on.
How they work together
The administrator enters the admin panel and defines users, roles and permissions. They decide which modules each team sees and what each role can do. Sensitive access — API keys, shared passwords, supplier credentials — lives encrypted in the Vault with encryption, not in a spreadsheet. The cybersecurity and IT Control features watch the operation and alert at any risk.
On top of all that operate the AI agents and the web design agent: they execute technical tasks inside the system, always with permissions and an audit log. The visual identity is adjusted from the Theme editor: your own colors, logo and typography on every screen, real white label. If the organization has several legal entities, Multi-company lets you switch between them with a single account. And Notifications, shortcuts and the profile are the layer that runs across all of Pilot: each user controls how and when they hear about what happens, and moves quickly through the system.
All of this comes included in Pilot, it's not a set of technical tools you have to integrate. And if your company already manages identities in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, Pilot connects and operates on top.
Integrations that power IT
Pilot brings its own technical and security layer, and also connects with the identity stack you already use.
