Real-Time Company View: What's Happening Now — Sales, Messages, Approvals, Team Presence

A live screen showing the team's activity over the last few minutes: who's online, which cards moved, which tasks were completed, which proposals advanced a stage. Built for leaders who want to read the collective pulse without interrupting each person. It's not individual surveillance — it's spotting collective blockers before they become problems.

  • A live screen that shows team activity in real time.
  • Useful for leaders who want to see the team's pace without interrupting.
  • It shows who's online, which cards moved in the last few minutes, what new messages came in.
  • It's not for surveillance; it's for understanding the collective pulse.

What is Real Time?

It's a panel that updates instantly with the team's recent activity. Built mainly for leaders and supervisors who want to understand the rhythm of work without having to ask each person.

What you'll see

  • A list of users connected right now.
  • Recent events (last 2 hours): cards moved, tasks completed, messages sent.
  • An activity-by-hour chart (which hours are generally the most productive).
  • Quick KPIs: how many tasks were closed today, how many messages went around.

When it helps

Example

You're a team leader and you notice work starts late on certain days.

  1. You open Real Time for a week, watching between 9 and 11 am.
  2. You notice there's little activity on Mondays before 10.
  3. You investigate: you discover most people have a status meeting on Mondays at 9 — but the standups run far too long.
  4. You change how the standup works.

You spotted a pattern without individual micromanagement.

Frequently asked questions

How is it different from Pulse?
Pulse is your personal radar for the day: what needs your attention (urgent tasks, proposals due, pending approvals). Real Time is the collective heartbeat: what's happening across the team right now, who's online, what's moving. Pulse answers the question 'what do I do'; Real Time answers 'how is the company doing this moment.' Pulse is for everyone; Real Time is more useful for leaders and supervisors.
Is it a tool for individual surveillance?
No, and it's important to say so. Real Time shows aggregate activity: how many cards moved in the last two hours, which proposals advanced, how many messages circulated. If a person went three hours without moving cards, that means nothing on its own — they could be on a client call, writing a long document or thinking. The right use is spotting collective patterns (for example, Monday mornings have low activity because the standup runs too long), not judging individuals. The module carries an explicit warning in the interface.
What events show up in real time?
Kanban card moves, completed tasks, messages sent in chats (without showing content), CRM opportunities that advanced a stage, new proposals, logged expenses, resolved approvals. Also an activity-by-hour chart (which hours are most productive on average) and quick daily KPIs: tasks closed, messages circulated, opportunities moved. Everything updates instantly without you refreshing.
Who has access to Real Time?
The admin configures it. The common choice is to give access to leaders, supervisors and leadership. An operational user doesn't need it — Pulse is more useful for them. The idea is that each role gets the view that serves it: the operator sees their day (Pulse), the leader sees the team's pace (Real Time), leadership sees strategy and historical reports.
How much does it cost?
Real Time is included in advanced Productivity plans. There's no charge per event or query. Pricing is built around number of users with access and modules contracted — contact us for a tailored proposal with special terms for companies in the region.

Does your team message you asking 'how's everything going' every couple of hours?

Book a 30-minute demo. We'll show you how Real Time gives the team's collective pulse without turning into individual surveillance, how alerts look in Slack and WhatsApp, and how the team gains focus when leaders stop asking 'how's it going' all the time.
