Pilot + Magento: catalog, orders, and automated support with AI
Connect your Magento store (Adobe Commerce) to Pilot. The AI serves customers over WhatsApp with real stock, recovers abandoned carts, and logs orders in the CRM, without touching your store.
What Magento does with Pilot
Pilot is an AI-driven, end-to-end business system, turnkey out of the box: CRM, sales, ecommerce, communication, billing, and operations come native. If you also use Magento (Adobe Commerce), Pilot connects your store and orchestrates it with AI, without asking you to migrate your enterprise catalog.
Magento (now Adobe Commerce) is the ecommerce platform chosen by B2B companies and large retailers that need real flexibility: complex catalogs, multiple sites under a single instance, customer-specific pricing, deep ERP integrations. Its strength is depth, and its cost is that customer support and conversion require an additional operational layer: someone to answer stock questions in real time, someone to recover abandoned carts, someone to log every order in the CRM with its context. That layer is what Pilot solves.
The integration uses Magento's REST API with an Integration Access Token. Pilot syncs products, categories, attributes, stock, orders, customers, and carts every 5-10 minutes. An AI agent serves customers over WhatsApp and webchat with real data from your store: it checks stock, customer pricing (including group prices), variants, delivery times, and order status. When a customer abandons a cart, Pilot writes to them through the channel they originally used and offers to complete it with a direct link to checkout.
It works with Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce (cloud and on-premise). Compatible with multi-store, multi-site, and multi-language.
What you can do
- Two-way sync of products, categories, attributes, stock, orders, and customers every 5-10 minutes.
- AI agent over WhatsApp and webchat that checks stock in real time and proposes products from your store's catalog.
- Support for customer-group pricing (B2B) and tiered pricing; the AI quotes the right price to each buyer.
- Automatic abandoned-cart recovery over WhatsApp or email with a direct link to Magento checkout.
- Logs every order in Pilot's CRM with complete customer data and the conversation timeline.
- Automatic customer notifications on every order status change (confirmed, shipped, delivered).
- Multi-store support: a single Magento instance with several stores is mapped correctly.
- Detects low-stock products and alerts the purchasing team.
- Consolidated reporting: sales by channel (web, WhatsApp recovery, webchat), conversion by category, average ticket.
Pilot modules that connect
What about Adobe Sensei or Adobe Marketo inside Magento?
Adobe Sensei brings product recommendations and segmentation inside the Adobe ecosystem. Pilot operates cross-tool. Beyond reading Magento, it connects with WhatsApp, email, external CRM, and other channels. When a B2B customer asks about stock on WhatsApp, Pilot queries Magento in real time and responds with the price that corresponds to that customer group. Sensei doesn't do that; it lives inside the web session.
Compared with Shopify, WooCommerce, or VTEX: Magento is the most flexible and deepest, especially for B2B. Pilot works identically with all four; the choice of ecommerce backend remains yours. If your team chose Magento for B2B flexibility, you don't have to give it up.

How to connect it
- In Magento, go to System > Extensions > Integrations > Add New Integration. Set the permissions (read/write on Catalog, Sales, Customers).
- Activate the Integration and copy the Access Token Magento generates.
- In Pilot, go to Settings > Integrations > Magento and paste your store URL and the Access Token.
- Pilot runs a connection test and shows you how many products, categories, customers, and orders it detects.
- If you have multi-store, choose which stores to sync (Pilot handles them all in parallel).
- Map your custom attributes if you have them (size, color, brand, warranty).
- Save, and Pilot starts syncing. The first sync of a 10,000-SKU catalog takes 20-40 minutes.
