Collect with a payment link, no terminal — built into your CRM and calendar

Generate a payment link in one click and send it over WhatsApp, email, or social. The customer pays by card or SINPE from their phone and you get the confirmation instantly. The payment is tied to the customer, the invoice, and the cash flow, with no copying and pasting between apps.

In 30 seconds
  • You generate a payment link with an amount and description.
  • You send it to the client by chat, email, WhatsApp or social media.
  • The client pays by card or SINPE from the link.
  • As soon as they pay, Pilot notifies you and it is recorded as a collection.

What is Zelr?

Zelr is the simplest way to collect payments in Pilot. Instead of sending an account number or waiting for transfers, you generate a link: you send it, the client opens it, pays, and you find out instantly.

Example: collecting after a call

Example

You just closed the sale over the phone with Karina for ₡480,000.

  1. Without hanging up, you open Zelr.
  2. New link → Amount ₡480,000 → Description 'Annual Pro plan'.
  3. You copy the link.
  4. You paste it to her over WhatsApp.
  5. Karina opens the link, enters her card and pays in 60 seconds.
  6. A Pilot notification reaches you: payment received.

Collected the same day, without chasing transfers, with no friction for the client.

View your collections

The main screen shows you three tabs: Active (created links awaiting payment), Paid (already collected, with date and method) and Expired (you created the link and it was never paid).

The client tells me the link does not open.

Check that the link is not expired. If it is expired, generate a new one and send it to them.

They paid but I did not get the notification.

Check your notification preferences (Profile → Notifications → Collections). By default you should receive push and email.

Frequently asked questions

What payment methods does the link accept?
Credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express in countries where it's processed), SINPE Movil in Costa Rica, bank transfer with automatic confirmation at integrated banks, and other local methods by country. The customer opens the link, chooses how to pay, and completes payment in under a minute from their phone — no app or prior account needed.
Which countries support collection by link?
Costa Rica (with SINPE Movil integrated), Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Peru, and Argentina with local methods in each. If your company operates in several countries, you can generate links that collect in the matching local currency and reconciliation arrives unified in the panel. Coverage keeps growing — ask whether your country is on the current list.
How long does the money take to arrive?
It depends on the method and the country. SINPE in Costa Rica is practically instant. Credit card follows the gateway's normal cycle (24-72 business hours depending on the processor). Bank transfer is instant if integrated with the bank, or requires reconciliation if not. Pilot shows you the status in real time (paid, in process, settled) so you know what to expect from each movement.
How does it integrate with my CRM, invoice, and calendar?
When you generate the link you can tie it to a CRM customer, an issued invoice, or a calendar appointment. When the customer pays: the CRM updates the deal status, the invoice is marked collected, the appointment is confirmed as paid, and cash flow receives the income. If you work with an external CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive), the same event is replicated there via native integration.
How much does it cost?
There's a per-transaction fee that depends on the method (card costs more than SINPE, for example) and a monthly charge for the module if you activate it as part of Pilot. The fee is competitive against card terminals and traditional LATAM gateways, especially since it includes reconciliation and traceability. Contact us for details based on your volume and country.
